Dr Anna Redding is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist and accredited Performance Coach, with over 20 years of experience, who helps athletes perform at their best.

Our psychological mindset is just as important as your physical ability when it comes to achieving outcomes. As both a Clinical Psychologist and Performance Coach, I bridge the gap between mental health and performance. Whether it’s performance anxiety, confidence after injury, or the mental toll of training and elite competition, I help athletes build the clarity, focus, and confidence to thrive.
