The clinic is located on the corner of Marmion Road and Marmion Avenue. It is a large, grey, Victorian building. The entrance to the clinic is on Marmion Avenue, through a black wrought iron gate.

Emma Collins has her clinic here and offers CBT and DBT informed approaches for to help difficulties such as depression, anxiety, phobias, PTSD, OCD and many more. She works with children, young people and adults.
