My Values
My work is guided by compassion, collaboration, and evidence-based care. I strive to create a warm, empathetic environment where young people and families feel understood and supported. By working closely with each client and using proven therapeutic methods, I aim to help people build resilience and develop the skills they need. I value flexibility and adaptability, ensuring that our work evolves to meet each person’s unique needs.
The Models I Work With
I use several evidence-based therapies, including CBT, DBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT). I also incorporate mindfulness into my practice. Together, we’ll develop a comprehensive understanding of the challenges you or your child are facing and plan together how to move forward.
Clinic Information
I offer in-person appointments on Sundays from 10am to 4pm. If you prefer, virtual sessions are also available on Wednesday evenings from 6pm to 8pm.
Who I Work With
I work with people of all ages, including children, young people, and parents. When working with children and young people, I take a systemic approach, considering the whole family’s role in our sessions. For children under 10, I focus on a parent-led approach, which involves working directly with parents or caregivers to provide guidance and strategies for supporting their child’s growth and development.
