Joining Process

    • Make initial contact to express an interest to therapy@avenuetherapies.com
    • State which clinic you would like to be a part of and include a CV
  1. One of the directors will respond after reviewing your CV to arrange an initial telephone and face to face meet.

  2. We will send you a registration form to fill out and send to us complete with:

    • Relevant documentation
    • HCPC certificate or equivalent
    • Relevant qualification certificate
    • Professional Indemnity Insurance certificate
    • ICO certificate
    • A photo that you want on your profile: head shot, white ish, plain background, professional but warm look
    • Blurb for the website using the headings currently use
    • Two references

    NB all this information is stored in line with GDPR guidelines

  3. Once all checks are complete we will get you up on the website and start sourcing referrals. We will arrange an Avenue Therapies email address and access to Dropbox.
