My Values
I am passionate about providing a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space to all of my clients. I treat all my clients with kindness, respect and compassion. I support individuals to achieve a better psychological wellbeing to live a fuller life. Collaboration with you is central to my approach, together we will build an understanding of your difficulties and plan as to how we might address them.
The models I work with
I am trained in a large range of evidence-based therapies, however I will always consider your individual needs and tailor therapy to you. I work integratively according to the needs of my clients. This means that I may draw on more than one psychological model to best fit you. The main models I use to inform my practice include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as mindfulness, systemic and psychodynamic approaches.
Clinic Information
I see clients online on Monday evenings and Thursday day time. Research suggests that online therapy is as effective as in-person therapy, clients also find it is more convenient to fit into their busy lives.
