Clinical Psychologist

South London Clinic

My Experience

I have worked in the NHS since 2011 supporting individuals and their families to manage a range of mental and physical health problems.  I have supported people experiencing difficulties with anxiety, depression and interpersonal difficulties to reduce psychological distress and develop ways of coping with everyday life.  I currently work in a South East London NHS trust providing support to adults experiencing severe and complex mental health difficulties.

My Values

I value the life experience people bring to therapy and work collaboratively with them to enhance their sense of well being and increase their understanding of how their lives may have shaped them.  I offer a safe and trusting therapeutic space in which to explore the strengths and difficulties within a person’s life and help them develop the knowledge and skills to better manage any areas they struggle with.

The Models I Work With

I adopt an integrative approach to therapy, drawing on various models such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), mindfulness and systemic approaches depending on individual need.
